Clouds Valley Hotel, Munnar

The hotel is nestled in a lovely spot just a short drive from Munnar town, providing peaceful views that enhance the overall experience. The rooms are spacious and quite comfortable, though our ordinary deluxe room had no view, which was disappointing. While the staff were generally helpful, the dining experience was hit-or-miss—breakfast was decent, but dinner did not meet expectations. Overall, it's a good place, but room options and dining could use improvement.

I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience! The arrangements made for us were thoughtful, like the surprise cake and bed decorations. However, I did notice some improvements were needed in terms of internet connectivity and room maintenance, which held the experience back from being perfect.

Overall, while the hotel has great potential, there's room for improvement, especially in service and cleanliness.
